WAS LET DOWN BY ANOTHER CYCLE SELLER ON THE NET, THEY TOOK MY ORDER AND PAYMENT, ASKED FOR A DATE FOR DELIVERY AND THAT WAS THAT, UNTIL I CHECKED MY E-MAIL AND FOUND THEY COULDN'T DELIVER UNTIL 17th DECEMBER. AFTER A PHONE CALL TO THE COMPANY THEY REASSURED ME IT WOULD BE THERE ON THE 17TH ONLY TO FIND THAT WHEN I GOT HOME THE SAME DAY THEY HAD REFUNDED ME AND TOLD ME THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THERE SUPPLIER??? LIES ALL THEY WAY I THINK!! I THEN WENT ONTO EBAY AND FOUND RUTLANDCYCLING, WHO KEPT THERE WORD,DISPATCHED ON FRIDAY. IT CAME TODAY ,... MONDAY!!! UNBELIVABLE 3 WORKING DAYS FROM PURCHASE, AND IN MINT CONDITION, THANK YOU VERY MUCH RUTLANDCYCLING FOR A PLEASANT TROUBLE FREE PURCHASE.

bought a raleigh bike for my 12 year old for christmas. Drove past my local bike shop on sunday he shouted wow dad look at that. In the window was a shinny new raleigh bike we stopped and went into the shop. guess what £349 pounds ouch just like his mam always the eye for a bargain. I went on the net £275 great a lot of money but maybe then ebay might get a nearly new one but thanks rutland £199.00 very happy

Very pleased to add more than basic feedback, these guys are EXCELLENT! I've bought a number of items from inner tubes to a new bike, always good quality. This is a real cycle shop, if you contact them they really know their stuff and are very helpful, they take an interest in their products and their customers and combine the best of internet shopping and the traditional cycle shop.
